An interesting little thing I came across today is the whole internet on one page basically to quote from the webiste:

Politics in Ireland has just had a well deserved face-lift. The popular politics aggregator is run by Damien Mulley. Politics in Ireland allows to break down news down by party, constituency and TDs. Not only that but they have a Javascript Widget so you can enable the latest headlines or new by party constituency or TDs and put it in your blog sidebar! Lastly Politics in Ireland have developed a Wordpress plugin which whenever you write a new post or edit an existing one, the Politics In Ireland plugin will automatically link the names of TDs to the relevant category page on PoliticsInIreland.com. The names will be converted into links whenever you save your post, and each TD will only be linked a maximum of once per post.
Handy or what?

Thats right, from now on, if you hit www.blogmusik.net into your browser it will automatically forward you to www.deezer.com. Why? Who knows! Ouriel from TechCrunch was having problems with the ‘k’ and the ‘.net’ though, is that enough for a company to change a domain?
Oh yes, the important bit, well Blogmusik, or Deezer as they are now called. [Its just not the same] are now legit! Imagine that.. For people who don’t know what Blogmusik / Deezer is click here.

You get sent an email to their “new” survey for instance today I got one with my link saying I would get €0.75c to complete the survey, thinking “oh lets see if it even gives me money this time” I went ahead and did it! I did the survey less than five minutes from when it was sent, and I get this message:

We have reached our target number of participants and the survey is now closed.
We will email you soon with other opportunities to earn rewards for taking part in surveys
Now maybe this would be normal, but this comes up AFTER I have answered all the questions! Ridiculous, a well done scam indeed! They do the surveys alright, but keep all the money they make! So I’m now writing this post to tell everyone, don’t use them!
Well since Pandora is no more for users outside the US the new Pandora of Europe seems to be Blogmusik.net. Hosted in France this is pretty legal, its been around for a couple of months now too! Nice design, amazing database of music, I’ve been able to listen to some songs I haven’t heard in ages. The ability for smart playlists, normal playlists! Also like the design and the loading of songs is pretty damn fast! Rating of songs is also available, the only feature it seems to be missing is the ability to buy the song you are listening to via Itunes! Anyway, its worth checking out for any of you who used Pandora! Enjoy..
So the main website is just redirecting to here now. I think I’m going to do a complete redesign now and maybe have the first three blog entry’s as the index page. I really would like to intergrate the whole website into the blog here. But not as in use wordpress as a CMS but just to actually have perfect intergration between the main website and the blog, I want to extend the wordpress user system to the website aswell.. So after I sleep now, I’ll see how it goes later!
