Already with 80 people registered CreativeCamp which takes place in Kilkenny on Saturday March 8th in the Parade tower at Kilkenny castle looks like its going to be another great camp held in Kilkenny. Podcamp which was held in the Ormonde hotel once again in Kilkenny turned out to be a brilliant event so you can expect the same from this one! You can sign up to register over here.
You can see all the talks over here, personally I’m looking forward to "The Art of Software Development" by Joe Drumgoole. Just because software development interests me but there is loads of talks on, for all tastes.

Tomorrow I will be teaching student’s in the CBS Secondary IT Club how to blog. Of course this will be done through a Wordpress Mu installation, it will be interesting to see how many will actually continue to blog after two / three classes.

I was just looking at the available Wireless connections today and was amazed by the amount of them on my street. These are all networks I can pick up by throwing the wifi connection outside the window!
Some general stats:
- Eircom outnumber Chorus 4 - 1 [No idea who Lovepad’s provider is]
- Four Elderly people on my street have gotten broadband - In the last three months, kind of a surge in uptake hey? Before it used to just be me and LovePad! Lovepad may be elderly but I can’t be sure!
- 5/6 networks have WEP Protection. The sixth that doesn’t being my own! Maybe I should turn it back on!
So there you have it, on my street there has been four new broadband accounts opened in the last three months! I think I shall watch this and see it expand!
