Komplett.ie are not responding to emails

So I ordered 2gigs of RAM of “Komplett.ie” there two weeks ago. The order went through, I got my email confirming my order number etc. etc. I watched as the order changed to “processing”. *POOF* Order Gone. Checked with the credit card company, charge gone through. Odd I thought, so I sent them an email. [...]
