On Friday openSUSE 11.0 Alpha 2 was released to the public.

Here are the changes since Alpha 1:

• KDE 4.0.1 replaced KDE 3.5.8 as the default K Desktop Environment;
• GNOME 2.21.90 was integrated in this release;
• Linux 2.6.24;
• OpenOffice.org 2.4 Beta;
• Alsa 1.0.16 RC2;
• D-Bus 1.2 RC2;
• X.org 1.4.1 Pre.

Overall its looking amazing. Here’s to Alpha 3 on March 18th! If you want to test the Alpha 2 which has some known bugs get it here.
