Seriously, I am now sick of Facebook and the amount of requests via friends to install X application. I don’t want to be a Zombie, or a Werewolf, have top friends, or anything like that! Facebook needs the option of you being able to ignore these requests.
It makes me wonder why I even bothered signing up! Beforehand I signed up as it wasn’t as annoying as Bebo, however look at it now, just as bad, just as many requests! What’s probably even more annoying is the fact that I can’t remember the last time I actually talked to someone on it, or received a wall post!
If this doesn’t show the how annoying social networks are, what does? Not one social network is going to stay normal and simple, without all the extra crap. So I guess I’m stuck with either Facebook or nothing. I hate it!
Facebook or nothing? What about Jaiku and Twitter Sean? I disabled my Facebook account last week for the same reasons you mention - I was just fed up of it. So I’m sticking with Jaiku and Twitter from now on, social networking lite, the way it should be.
Twitter annoys me with all the downtime, Jaiku I love, but I don’t see that as a social network, even though it is! Something about Jaiku and Twitter is just easier. Less ad-ons I guess! Deleting my Facebook is probably going to happen, it doesn’t serve a use!
