Ok so my next want, is the Sony Ericsson P1i. This phone is awesome, not only is it a Sony Ericsson which I have become accustomed to but it has built in Wi-Fi. Aswell as the usual’s of bluetooth and what not! Another thing thats great is that it is a touch screen interface. So its almost like a PDA. Costing a pricy €569.95 though off Expansys I think I’ll want to try one out first! Probably will be Christmas by the time I get it! But nice to plan ahead hey! ;)

Give Bernie Goldbach a shout, might give you a sneak peak at PodCamp in Kilkenny. I’ve got a great respect for Sony Ericsson phones after the past few years. I spent a good 14 months using a P900 and I’ve gone just shy of 12 months with my current K800i.

The upcoming Apple announcement on Tuesday might have some sway in your phone, I know how much you LOVE Macs! Don’t forget, Nokia N95 8GB model is out for Christmas as well. Wifi, 5mp camera, all the bells and whistles you need in a 3G, S60 based handset.

Oh yeah, I LOVE macs. Infact, I can’t think of a better anchor for my boat! :P

Must give Bernie a shout, he has the P1i I take it? The nokia’s I like, but its not really a phone alternative is it? Just something else to carry around.. Then again, it depends how much it costs, my phone at the moment [Sony Ericsson k550i] is fine, I just want a portable wifi device!

Bernie was kind enough to loan me the P1i for a few weeks and, as a long time Nokia devotee, I have to admit I’m loving it. I’ve always like the rocker on Nokia phones and never really imagined that touchscreen interface would add anything to mobile interaction but Opera Mini 4 throws that notion out the window. From what I hear Safari on the iPhone is the ultimate mobile browsing experience but I can’t imagine that Opera Min 4 on the P1i is far behind at all,… I just love it.

Yeah, must get Bernie to bring one to podcamp Ireland so I can see it! Really want one!
